【摘要】:ThispartofIEC60317specifiesrequirementsfortapewrappedrectangularcopperwindingwireoftemperatureindex220.Theinsulationconsistsofoneormorewrappingsofaromaticpolyamide(aramid)tapeofvariousthicknesses.NOTE-Forthistypeofwire,theheatshocktestisinappropriateandthereforeaheatshocktemperaturecannotbeestablished.Consequently,aclassbasedontherequirementsfortemperatureindexandheatshocktemperaturecannotbespecified.ThetemperatureindegreesCelsiuscorrespondingtothetemperatureindexisnotnecessarilythatatwhichthewireisrecommendedtobeoperatedandthiswilldependonmanyfactors,includingthetypesofequipmentinvolved.Therangeofnominalconductorsizescoveredbythisstandardis:-width:min.2,00mmmax.16,00mm;-thickness:min.0,80mmmax.5,60mm.Thespecifiedcombinationsofwidthandthicknessaswellasthespecifiedratiowidth/thick-nessaregivenintable1.Whenreferenceismadetowindingwireaccordingtothisstandard,thefollowinginformationshouldbegiven:-referencetoIEC60317-53;-dimensionsoftheconductor;-referenceshouldalsobemadetothenumberandthicknessofthepapersusedandtothedegreeofoverlap,asagreedbetweenpurchaserandsupplier.
